What surfaces can be cleaned with high pressure cleaning equipment?
Residential external house washing and commercial premises – internal and external building washdowns, concrete surfaces, paving and courtyards, roof cleaning, window cleaning, driveway and car park cleaning.
What services do you offer residential customers?
Residential client services include high pressure cleaning of any and all hard services from complete external house washing, cleaning concrete, tiles, paths, paving and courtyards, decks and patios, roof cleaning, window cleaning, driveway and garage cleaning.
House washing is a cost effective alternative to repainting and is one of our largest residential services
We are also expert concrete sealers for both your driveway and garage.
Will the high pressure damage or strip the paint off my walls?
No, the only time your paint will be removed is if there is already existing cracks and peeling on your paint work. Experienced technicians identify potential problem areas to ensure we avoid any damage wherever possible.
Will water enter through my windows?
The only problem with windows is if there are gaps in your windows then the water will find them. Be sure to have all electrical devices and any other items you don’t want wet removed from the area. Place down some old towels to absorb any water that may enter through gaps near windows.
Will my fly screens be ok?
Yes, the main problem with fly screens is that they prevent us from thoroughly cleaning the window behind them.
What concrete surfaces can be high pressure cleaned?
From garage cleaning, patios, paths, driveway’s and any other concrete surfaces you may have, to commercial sites such as single and multi-level car parks, warehouses, industrial premises, factory floors, pavements and footpaths.
Can you remove oil from my concrete driveway?
Yes, driveway cleaning with i-blast will remove oil, mould and algae build-up.
Can you remove organic growth from my concrete patio and paving?
Yes, removing any type of organic growth such as mould, moss and lichen from concrete surfaces and paving can be achieved with our commercial grade pressure cleaner.
Will high pressure cleaning remove the stains from concrete surfaces?
A high pressure cleaner on its own may not be able to remove every stain from your concrete surface. This does not mean that we can’t remove stains. We at i-blast will use an environmentally friendly fully bio-degradable concrete cleaning liquid to penetrate the stained areas and enable the pressure cleaner to do its job thoroughly.
Some stains may require a longer penetration time. We will discuss this with you should the need arise.
Do you provide concrete sealing?
Yes, i-blast are able to provide concrete sealing to your newly laid or freshly cleaned concrete surfaces.
Will you remove leaves and debris from my gutters?
Yes, i-blast roof cleaning results in a thoroughly clean roof ensuring gutters are free of leaves and other debris, flushing out downpipes, removing all dirt, mould and fungi.
Should we discover any damage to your roof, gutters or downpipes whilst undertaking our services we will report this to you so you can make timely repairs.
Can you remove stains from my windows?
Yes, window stains can be removed. Stubborn window stains may require the application of commercial window cleaning chemicals. We will do our best to remove these for you.
What type of cleaning solutions do you use?
In the instances where high pressure cleaning alone will not provide the results you are looking for, we use an environmentally friendly biodegradable cleaning liquid which will penetrate the stained and dirty areas allowing the pressure cleaner to do its job.
I am concerned about the environment, are your services environmentally friendly?
Yes, our high pressure cleaning systems are designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible. High pressure translates into minimal water used and therefore wasted. Additionally i-blast has the capacity to Recover, Recycle and Re-use the water used on our projects thus eliminating any potential for environmental mismanagement. An on-board hot water heater system can also help to eradicate most stubborn stains without the use of harsh chemicals, providing another eco-friendly tick of approval.
Are you covered by insurance?
Yes, i-blast are a professional high pressure cleaning company and have all the necessary insurance and certifications. You can be sure you are dealing with professionals when you choose i-blast pressure cleaning.
Do you provide commercial pressure cleaning services?

We have vast experience in commercial pressure cleaning for sites such as shopping centres, factories & warehouses, single and multi-level car parks, body corporates, councils, schools & universities as well as many general commercial businesses.
Can you clean tennis courts with a high pressure cleaner?
Yes, professional high pressure cleaning equipment can safely and effectively clean tennis court surfaces and restore your playing surface. We can also professionally clean basketball courts and net ball courts.
