You will need to have all your carpets professionally cleaned. This job is usually best left to last so that once cleaned no dirt is traipsed over the carpets which would most likely happen of the house or unit was still in the process of being cleaned.
Internal House Cleaning
An end of lease clean is really a Spring Clean and is an extremely thorough clean. Listed below are all the items required for an internal house exit clean.
Dust and wash all surfaces and countertops.
Clean the surface of air conditioning units as well as the filters.
Dust and wipe down ceiling fans and lights.

Clean all doorframes and window frames.
Wash the shower curtain if there is one.
Garden and Outdoor Area Cleaning
Not only does the inside of the rental property need to be returned in the condition in which you found it, but the garden and outside areas too need to be clean and tidy.
This includes having the lawns mowed, all debris removed and paths and driveways swept, and washed down.
Rubbish bins need to be empties and washed out.
Cobwebs need to be removed.
Any oil marks that have been made on the driveway or garage need to be removed. For stubborn stains, you may wish need a high pressure hose clean.
If there is a pool on the property, this too needs to be clean and sparkling and ready for use by the new family.
