Environmental Management at i-blast

At i-blast we are committed to managing environmental matters as an integral part of our business. This requires the commitment of everyone working in i-blast to pursue our activities safely to not only protect the safety of ourselves, our customers and the general public but also that of the environment. As an environmentally friendly company i-blast has the capacity to Recover, Recycle and Re-use the water used on our projects thus eliminating any potential for environmental mismanagement.

To protect the environment we will:

• Comply with all legal requirements pertinent to our industry and any requirements of other initiatives we enter into in with our clients.
• Employ management systems and procedures specifically designed to prevent activities that pose a threat to the environment.
• Always pursue ways to minimize risk and protect our employees and the communities in which we operate by employing clean technology, including safe technologies and operating procedures.
• Minimize releases to the air, land, or water through use of cleaner technologies and the use of safer chemicals.
• Minimize the amount and toxicity of waste generated and will ensure the safe treatment and disposal of waste.
• Manage scarce resources, such as water and energy in an environmentally sensitive manner.
• Undertake periodical reviews of our environmental management and look to continually improve.
• Ensure this policy and any subsequent modifications will be known to all employees.
